We make it perfect or refund your money
You wouldn't want to return any of the goods or services you purchase from us because we are so confident in the standard of our goods and the way we provide services! We have the best return policies to handle returns if you need to return any products or services you purchased from us. If you want to return a product for any reason, such as because you made a mistake, didn't like the goods, or for any other reason, we always accommodate our customers, subject to the T&Cs below.
-> Since goals require time, work already accomplished is not eligible for reimbursements.
->After completion, the client retains ownership of the finished product, and any additional payments are not refundable. Previous deposits and payments won't be reimbursed. Once the client approves mock-up designs and the project moves further, payment will not be reimbursed.
->We do not grant partial refunds for completed projects.
->These temporary promotions cannot be canceled. There is no refund for web/app packages; however, a written cancellation with 30 days' notice is permitted. Deposits or payments that have been abandoned or parked are not eligible for refunds.
->Following the initial payment, the client will receive their money returned in 5-7 days.
Conditions of Service
Client acknowledges that Metaford Info Solutions shall have no liability.
- The client's services may or may not be limited to delivering service orders that meet your needs and requirements.
- The client's services falling short of your expectations or causing you to suffer loss, harm, or damage.
We will not be held liable for any charges, cancellations, or unavailability. The information about the items and price list available on the services is based on the information provided by the vendors.
